GUIDELINES & INFO FOR THE PARTICIPANTS

In occasion of the FIS Rollerski World Championships, the Fiemme World Cup Organising Committee has decided to organise in cooperation with FISI one promotional race for OPEN & Master categories.  The race will take place on Sunday 19 September (Mass Start Cermis Final Climb CT 15 km Ziano di Fiemme-Alpe Cermis).

The athletes who will participate to the promotional race, will have to read carefully the following race rules created in cooperation with FISI and FIS and respect it fully.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL

The athletes who will participate to the promotional race, will have to read carefully the following Covid Protocol created in cooperation with FISI and FIS and respect it fully. 

The competition is organised in full compliance with the Covid-19 Protocol of the Italian Ski Federation. The current version is published here > 

All competitiors will have to fill in the health questionnaire that can be downloaded here >, and then hand it in at the race office, when picking up their bibs.

In addition to the Covid-19 prevention protocol of the Italian Ski Federation, the Organising Committee also asks all the competitors to have the Covid-19 Green pass as a mandatory document, necessary to take part in the competition. The green pass must be uploaded on the personal profile that each competitor will have to create while making the registration (some days before the race, the Organising Committe will send a proper link, that athletes can use to make the upload), or it can be presented, either in paper or digital version, at the race office while picking up the bib. 

Alternatively, for people who don’t have the green pass, it will be necessary to upolad or present (with the same procedure described above), one of the following documents, that must be valid on the competition day: 

  • Covid-19 vaccination certificate
  • Certificate of recovery from Covid-19 – valid for 6 months from the end of the isolation
  • A negative Covid-19 test (PCR or rapid test), not older than 48 hours before the start of the competition


We finally remind you that...

  • Individual responsibility is the most important aspect for the safety of everyone.

  • All competitors must follow the basic hygiene measures, to prevent the spread of Covid-19 infection:
  1. Keep the minimum distance of 1m
  2. Wear a mask always inside and outside (only if you cannot hold the minimun distance)
  3. Wash and disinfect frequently your hands

  • Anybody who should show symptoms of Covid-19 during the event must contact immediately the OC, informing the Race Office at the following number +39 347 5579293

  • For all foreign athletes, please visit the Italian Ministry website > before coming to Val di Fiemme, to be updated regarding the travel restrictions.

If someone needs a PCR test before leaving Val di Fiemme, there are two private laboratories that can offer this kind of service, but tests must be booked in advance and by your own:
